About us

Medic Kral s.r.o. is a private healthcare facility specializing in gastroenterology and internal medicine, with prestigious accreditation for colorectal cancer screening. Since 1993, we have been providing specialized outpatient care at the Prosek Polyclinic, and since 2005, we have operated under our current status, continuing a long tradition of high-quality medical care.

Our gastroenterology center offers top-tier services, including endoscopic examinations of both the upper and lower digestive tract, such as gastroscopy and colonoscopy. Our portfolio also includes modern obesity treatments, as well as the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel diseases like ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease.

We further offer ultrasound examinations of the liver, subhepatic region, gallbladder, and pancreas, along with non-surgical treatment of hemorrhoids using the Hemoron method.

We are proud members of professional organizations, including the Association of Ambulatory Gastroenterologists, the Czech Gastroenterological Society JEP, the Czech Society of Internal Medicine JEP, the Czech Hepatological Society JEP, the Gastroenterological Association of the Czech Republic, the Czech Medical Chamber, and the prestigious American Gastroenterological Association. Our facility also participates in clinical studies and research focused on cancer, collaborating with the leading Institute of Experimental Medicine of the Czech Academy of Sciences (CAS), specifically the Department of Tumor Molecular Biology (MUDr. Pavel Vodička, CSc.).
